Legendary Artifacts of the Known World (DSS006/ 60 pgs/ Winter 2007)

Empower your followers with the ancient might of the Gods.

Contained in this book are one hundred artifacts, created by elder gods, leviathans, and other deities, filled with power, permanence, and legend. Each artifact is described fully with its type, effects, history, and initial cost of creation. These artifacts have no upkeep; they are legendary and maintain their power due to their own myths and beliefs. Every item has at one time influenced the Known World, creating legends about their uses in scholarly scrolls and old wives’ tales.

This book will also show you how to find, create, and destroy legendary artifacts. Many plot seeds are also included in the book, along with several examples of their uses.

Heroes of the World (Spring 2008)

Every tribe in the Known World has a leader, but not everyone has a Hero. Heroes and heroines are part of the myths and beliefs of every race. Some rose to godhood when no gods existed in their tribes; others are born from divinity, demigods in their own rights. Still others are chosen champions, devoted to the cause of their gods. These famous or infamous individuals had an impact in shaping the world and their environs.

This book contains many examples of heroes and heroines from every race past to present. Extra rules and ideas for creating your own heroes can also be found here. Rules and ideas for role-playing a game of heroes will also be included in this book.

Veil of Dreams (Spring 2008)

In between the living world of mortals and the divine world of the dead lies the Veil of Dreams, a haunting landscape, undefined yet ever-present for mortals and gods. This playground of ideas and thought is the middle ground where gods may talk to their followers, leviathans draw terror from nearby sleepers, and mortals gain inspiration or fear.

Here are the battlegrounds in the war between the gods and the leviathans—a constant feud of miracles from opposing divinities. Many mortals, from salamanders to humans, at one time or another take part in this ethereal war.

The Veil is home to many strange places unknown in the lands of the living and the resting places of the dead. Explore the many wonders that live only in this fertile land of inspiration.

Every aspect of this continent, including detailed places, eccentric tribes, strange creatures, haunting demons, and threatening Leviathans, is covered here along with a full campaign set in Naalgrom.
