I saw it and liked it a lot. You have to go into as if you're going to see a movie though and not a historical re-enactment. The visuals are amazing in my opinion and that makes the movie. I'm an artist so that's practically all I need. Throw in a little story and that's gravy. There are some parts that aren't that great. I highly recommend it as it's not like any other movie you've ever seen.

I plan to wait until it comes to DvD. I have this home entertainment system that I need to get my money out of. Going to the movies defeats the purpose of my surround sound media room.

Now I have heard 300 is showing at the IMAX in Houston. I might make an exception there.
